Ad events = impressions + clicks + conversions, counted per month. “Unlimited” means fair use — generous ceilings that support can raise. Annual plans are billed 12 months up front; your event allowance still resets every month.

Paid plans can switch on pay-as-you-go overage with a spend cap you control, so traffic beyond the included volume is metered instead of paused. Blocked traffic is never billed.

Pricing questions, answered

What counts as a billable ad event?

One ad event is one impression, click, or conversion recorded by your platform — all three count equally toward your included volume, so 2 impressions + 2 clicks + 1 conversion is 5 events. Diagnostic rows like fallback or unsold traffic are never billed.

What happens when I reach my plan limit?

You get warnings at 80% and 95% of your included volume. At 100% on the Free plan (or with pay-as-you-go off), ad serving redirects to your zone’s traffic-back URL — or returns an empty response — until the period resets. Blocked traffic is never recorded or billed, and clicks and conversions for already-served ads keep working.

How does pay-as-you-go overage work?

Paid plans can switch on overage so usage beyond the included volume is metered at the plan’s per-1,000-events rate on the same monthly invoice. You control a spend cap — when projected overage reaches it, serving pauses instead of billing more.

Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing, downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your account then continues on the permanent Free plan with your data intact.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed 12 months up front and cost about 20% less per month than paying monthly. Your included ad events are still a monthly allowance that resets at the start of each calendar month — paying for a year does not let you spend a year of traffic in one month. You can switch to annual at any time; switching back to monthly takes effect when the year you already paid for ends.

What are custom features on the Scale plan?

On Scale we build behaviour for how your operation actually works and ship it behind a feature flag enabled only on your account — bespoke postback logic, custom conversion rules, private integrations, or reporting exports shaped to your BI. We scope it with you on a call and deliver it on our roadmap; larger builds are quoted separately.

What if I need more than the Scale plan?
