Smartlink

A smartlink is a single URL that automatically routes each click to the most suitable offer based on the visitor's geo, device, OS, carrier, and connection type. Instead of picking offers per segment, the affiliate sends mixed traffic to one link and the network's algorithm monetizes each click with whatever converts best for that profile.

When to use one

Smartlinks shine where traffic is too heterogeneous to split manually — worldwide pop or push volume, remnant traffic, traffic-back streams. They are also the standard answer for monetizing whatever falls outside your main campaigns' targeting.

The trade-off is control and transparency: the routing logic and the effective payouts inside a smartlink belong to its operator. Sophisticated buyers benchmark smartlink EPC against direct offers per segment and carve out the segments where a direct campaign beats the algorithm.
